Alexandra Olympia Peristeraki was born in a working-class suburb of Athens, Greece. After finishing her MA in Digital Media - Critical Computing at Goldsmiths University, her aim is to explore how technology affects the world socially, politically and culturally, as well as how we can appropriate the internet and create truly safe digital spaces beyond the Big Tech and the neoliberal dreams of techno-utopianism. Alexandra's main mediums are text, dismantled hardware and video, all brought together with Web 1.0-influenced HTML. She tends to comment on her personal relationship with technology and the violence of heteronormativity.
